# OQM International

> OQM (Organic Quality Management) is an anonymous employee survey with bottleneck analysis for companies, nonprofits and churches. 80 questions on 8 factors of healthy organizations, benchmarked against an annually updated national norm (50 = national average, 65+ = top 15%). The result shows the organization's weakest factor (the "minimum factor" or bottleneck) and its strongest factor, followed by prioritized measures. It is not ISO 9001 quality management.

- 80 questions, 10 per factor; about 10–25 minutes per participant (8–20 seconds per question); anonymous, no questions about age, gender or family status.
- The 8 factors: empowering leadership, strengths-based contribution, inspiring vision, effective structures, shared values, integrated teams, customer-focused service, trusting relationships.
- Results are available immediately after the survey; follow-up measurement after 10–12 months shows impact.
- More than 20 years of use, more than 70 countries, more than 60,000 analyses.
- Survey and profiles in German, English and Spanish. OQM Health (assessment of psychological strain; in Germany it fulfils the risk assessment duty under § 5 ArbSchG) and the Action Guide in German and English.
- OQM Pulse: free test with 8 of the 80 questions and a short summary without national benchmark.
- Organizations can work with a certified OQM consultant or buy directly from OQM International.
