Your short summary

What the result looks like.

For each of the eight factors, the summary shows your team’s mean score on a scale of 1 to 5, plus the average across all factors. The colors show at a glance where scores are low and where they are high.

You download the summary and can show it to your team right away.

Pulse shows a direction. OQM 80 shows the bottleneck.

One question per factor cannot reliably identify a bottleneck, and Pulse is not meant to. You see how OQM works and end up with a first picture in your hands.

OQM Pulse questions

What decision-makers want to know first.

What does OQM Pulse cost?

Nothing. OQM Pulse is free and you are not committing to anything.

Do I have to register?

There is no classic registration. You do enter your contact details so we can deliver your summary and label it correctly. This creates an entry for you as a tester in our system.

Why at least three people?

So that no one can be identified. With three or more answers, nobody can tell who answered what.

How long does my team have?

There is no deadline. We recommend collecting the answers within a few days, while the invitation is still fresh, so you have the result soon.

What do I get at the end?

A short summary across the eight factors to view and download. It shows a direction and works well as a conversation starter, but it is not yet a diagnosis.

Can churches and Christian organizations use OQM Pulse?

Yes. OQM Pulse is open to companies, nonprofits, churches and Christian organizations.

What happens afterwards?
