FAQ
What to know before you start.
Does OQM Health replace a formal risk assessment?
OQM Health provides the survey-based assessment of psychological strain. Requirements differ by country; in Germany it fulfils the duty under § 5 ArbSchG. In every case, derive measures from the results, implement them and check their effect.
How anonymous is the survey?
Participants are not asked for name, age, gender or family status. Each team takes part via its own QR code.
Who should we involve internally?
Involve your health and safety lead, occupational health and employee representatives early. We discuss this in the intro call.
How often should we repeat it?
Review the assessment regularly and whenever work changes. The comparison profile shows changes between two points in time.
Which languages are available?
English and German. A Spanish version is in preparation.
